Beeline is the international brand of mobile communications. Brand Beeline belongs to “Vympel Communications” that is one of the leading telecommunicational companies of Russia and SNG. In Ukraine mobile communication service of Beeline brand a rendered by 100% daughter company “Ukrainian Radiosystems”.

Brand came to Ukraine in April, 11, 2006.

Today mobile communication Beeline is transferred to using modern equipment Ericsson on the distributed architecture principle that provides full integration of GSM structure from 3G (UMTS) in the future.

Beeline refused from using old billing systems to use modern Amdos and Comverse decisions, replaced equipment of Call-center and installed program decisions of contact managing.

Newest technologies of Ericsson which are successfully used in all spheres of international company “Vympelcom” allows to provide qualified delivery of growing voice and signal traffic and also data delivery. In future Beeline will offer number of innovation service.

Process of equipment replacing was held in net Beeline from May 2006 to February 2007 and it is the most zoom project of net modernization in Ukraine which touched all 24 regions and AR Crimea.

Beeline installed Amdocs Clarity CRM system for optimization of business processes connected with client service and that allows to work with subscribers in all canals.
