The corporation "Research-and-production investment group "Interpipe""— one of the largest private companies of Ukraine.

In 1990 the research-and-production group "Interpipe" was formed.

Since 1990 the group carries out the activity in various branches of economy — metallurgical, rough, machine-building.

In 1997 Victor Pinchuk was elected the president of "Interpipe".

The Corporation Headquarters is in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine), representations and agency services — in Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, the USA and other countries.

Production is delivered more than to 70 countries of the world, the export share in structure of sales makes about 70 %. In 2003 the corporation received the gross profit of $904 million. Following the results of all-Ukrainian rating ТOP–100 "Interpipe" occupied 7th place in the basic rating of the best companies of Ukraine and 5th place in rating of the best companies on export volumes. Pipe enterprises — participants of the Corporation — won first places in branch rating of the pipe industry.

The "Interpipe" group is the fourth pipe company of the world on capacities level, the third manufacturer in the world and the supplier of railway wheels, the world's largest silicomanganese supplier. In the world market of seamless pipes the Corporation share makes 4,1 %, in the world market of railway wheels — 10 %, in the market of manganese ferroalloys — 11,4 %.

The group structure includes a number of industrial, trading and service private companies. Today at the group`s enterprises work over 30 thousand persons.

The part of “Interpipe” group are a joint-stock bank "Credit-dnepr", TV channels: STB, ICTV, New channel; a newspaper "The facts and comments".

In the property of "Interpipe" are: an open joint-stock company "Nizhnedneprovskiy pipe factory", an open joint-stock company "Novomoskovskiy pipe factory", a Joint-Stock Company "Nikopol factory of seamless pipes" NIСO TUBE, "Nikopol factory of ferroalloys", 6 sugar factories (Sumsko-Stepanovsky, Voronezhskiy, Nizovskiy, Burinskiy, Chupahovskiy, Pivnenkovskiy). The most principal shareholders and clients of the "Credit-dnepr" bank are an Ukrainian-American society with foreign investments "Logoimpeks", "Nizhnedneprovskiy pipe-rolling factory", a joint-stock company "Yuzhformatika", an open joint-stock company "Nikopol South trumpet factory", a joint-stock company "Nikopol corrosion-proof pipes factory",an open joint-stock company "Dnepropetrovsk factory ofrepairing and building of passenger cars ", an open joint-stock company "Alchevskcoke",a Joint-Stock Company "Promarmatura", "Setab Ukraine", ", an open joint-stock company "Factory Dnepropress", ", an open joint-stock company " Komintern Dneprovsky metallurgy factory ". “Interpipe” operates actives of Dnepropetrovsk open joint-stock company "Vtormet" and Nikopol Joint-Stock Company "Repair factory".

In 2007 Interpipe group was re-structured, as a result actives forming it are allocated in independent businesses, the management of which costs is organised by the principle of investment fund under control of a created international investment-consulting company EastOne LLC (London).
