Atthe end of 90th the infrastructure of the capital catering objects couldn’t satisfy demand of qualified and accessible food, the market of high-class restaurants was growing, the necessity of the national catering sphere development with all modern points was obvious. The idea of foundation of the operator with fast and accessible service became very relevant.

“Shvydko-Ukraine” is one of the leaders at the catering market in Kiev among restaurants of Ukrainian dishes. First restaurants “Shvydko” on the Independence Square and Glory Square were opened on May 28th, 2000 before the celebration of City day. Then were opened restaurants “Shvydko” on Druzhbu Narodov Square,on the Southern terminal of Railway Station, metro station “Vydubychy”, TEC “Globus”, May, 2003 –metro station “Lukjanovskaja” and September, 2003 – in TC “Kvadrat” on Gnata Yury street.

In June, 2002 the national license for trading stamp “Shvydko” was got that was logical result of commercial label development.

Democratic prices, high quality and high level of service promotes stable growth of “Shvydko” popularity. One of the popularity indexes is growing interest to the brand in the regions.
