The Finance and Credit bank

"The Finance and credit" bank carries out its activity since July, 1990, when it was registered as Commercial Bank "Ukrainian Commercial bank of business cooperation". Later the bank name varied some times. So, in October, 1995 the bank received the name Commercial Bank "the Finance and Credit".

In December, 2002 according to the Law "About banks and bank activity" changes were made to the Charter of the financial institution, and the bank was again reregistered, now as an Open Company "the Finance and Credit".

According to the official site of the bank the basic mission of "the Finance and credit" consists to save up in always, to take part in creation and to create itself, in every possible way to promote increase and to increase riches of its clients, offering them mutually advantageous partnership, organizing partner mutual relations on principles of stability, long term, reliability, competence and observance of business ethics, providing these mutual relations with innovative aspirations and strong-willed efforts of the personnel, the management and owners of the bank, reaching harmonies in relations between them.

"The Finance and credit" bank is a member of various international associations, stock exchanges, associations and the international organisations: in particular, the Ukrainian interbank currency stock exchange (UICSE); the Ukrainian Stock exchange (USE) ,the Association of Ukrainian Banks (ÀUB); Off-exchange Share Trading System (OESTS); Kiev Bank Union (ÊBU); Fund of warranting of contributions of physical persons, Professional association of registrars and depositories (PARD), and also VISA International (the Basic member); MasterCard International (the Basic member); Western Union (the Direct agent of the company); IBRD (Bank-agent on service of demand lines of credit, guaranteed by the Cabinet of Ukraine)

As on February, 1st, 2006 "the Finance and credit" bank occupies 10th place in the rating of Ukrainian banks on actives.
