The Ukrainian project-building firm OSNOVA was created in 1989. Basic specialization is implementation as a general contractor and contractor of complete complex of works in foundation of buildings, hydrotechnical and concrete works in the compressed terms at the assured quality.

In October, 1994 the French firm SOLETANCHE BACHY accepted BASIS on creation of joint venture of OSNOVA-SOLSIF (SOLSIF - derivative of SOLETANCHE and its partner S.I.F. - Bachy). A company SOLETANCHE BACHY is specialized at engineering’s works, related to underground buildings in the different points of planet, has representative offices in 64 countries.

The associated company SOLETANCHE BACHY FRANCE guarantees not only the world level of quality of the executed works, their accordance world standards but also comes forward, at the requirement of customer, by financial guarantor of enterprise OSNOVA-SOLSIF. Being the member of Group SOLETANCHE BACHY, the enterprise of OSNOVA-SOLSIF closely co-operates with all representatives of company on all Central and East Europe.

80 persons of technical workers and 600 persons of skilled workers work constantly in SP OSNOVA-SOLSIF. Additional employees and subcontracted organizations are attracted if necessary.

An enterprise is the associated member of the Holding company "Kievgorstroy" and if it necessary, it can use the powerful potential of this organization.
