The open joint-stock company joint-stock bank "Ukrgazbank" is the assignee of Joint-Stock Company "Intergazbank" and Joint-Stock Company "Khadjibeybank", registered by National Bank of Ukraine on July, 21st, 1993 (registration № 183).
