1996 – 1st album Want to fly

Since 1996 – Honoured Artist of Ukraine

Ani Lorac was born in the educated family: father – choir conductor, mother worked on the radio.

Her true name is Carolina Kuek.

At the age of 14 won the musical contest Pervotsvit.

In 1996 won the super final of Morning star contest in Moscow. Released her 1st album. Won in the nomination Otkritiye 1995 of the Tavriyski Igry festival.

Got Grand Prix of the Universal contest of young performers Big Apple Music in New York.

In 1999 was created to Honoured Artist of Ukraine.

In 2000 recorded Dream Angel songs at Astoria studio and trailer of Corona Chocolate in London. In a year  first album in Ukrainian (Where you are) was released. Album becomes gold. Participated in Russian-Ukrainian combined project – key role in a musical movie Evenings near Dykan`ka hutor .

In 2002 rewarded with 2 Zhar Ptytsa prizes as the best female singer of Ukraine.

Called  the most beautiful woman in 2005.

Won the 2nd place at Eurovision in 2008.
