The champion of the USSR 1990, the owner of the Cup of the USSR 1990, the champion of Ukraine 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, the owner of the Cup of Ukraine 1993, 1996, 1998, 1999, the champion of England 2002, the owner of the Cup of England 2002, 2003, the champion of Europe 1990 among youth national teams. The finalist of an UEFA Cup of 2000.

Was a playing chief coach of Venty (Ventspils, Latvia).

From 2006 - Dynamo (Kyiv) coach. November– December 2007 was appointed interim manager of Dynamo.

Continues as an assistant coach under the new manager Yuriy Semin.
