On September 20th 2006 Arseniy Yatseniuk became the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat.

During parliamentary elections campaign in September 2007 - number three in the election list of Our Ukraine-National Self-Defense (Nasha Ukraina - Narodna Samooborona) bloc.

The figure of Arseniy Yatseniuk for Ukrainian politics is a striking example of highly professional generation of young managers which come in the stead of officials of party school. In the 32 years Yatseniuk managed to make a breath-taking career and reached considerable successes both in business and public service.

Prompt ascension upwards Yatseniuk began even on the first course of the university. Then he has created legal firm which successfully enough was engaged in privatization of the various industrial and agrarian enterprises. But, despite high achievements in personal business young Yatseniuk's ambitions demanded more. In 1998 he moves to Kiev for work as the adviser in bank Aval where in half a year became the vice-president of board.

However, for the further growth Yatseniuk has chosen a political path. The Autonomous republic Crimea Cabinet, in which 24 years old Yatseniuk has been appointed the Minister of Economics, became a starting platform for the movement in this direction.

The National bank of Ukraine became a following stage of professional work of the young politician. During the period of working as the head of Natsbank Tigipko has been occupied by the management of the elective staff of presidential candidate of Ukraine Yanukovych, Yatseniuk started fulfilling commitments of the chairman of the main bank of the country. Further Yatseniuk worked at the Odessa regional administration for some time.

In 2005 Yatseniuk headed economic department at the Ministry of Ukraine. After resignation in new government Yatseniuk became the representative of the President of Ukraine. In the spring of 2007 he is appointed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

He is elected the Speaker of Verhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Married. Has two daughters — Christina and Sofia.
