Taras Chornovilis Ukraine MP -repeatedly selected to Verhovna Rada in March, 2006 but this time as a member of the Party of Regions. During formation of the committees of Verhovna Rada Chornovil has receivedthe post of the head of one of subcommittees of Foreign Affairs Committee.

He received political christening in the ranks of National Ruh of Ukraine the leader of which was the father of Taras Chornovil Vyacheslav. Then Taras continued his career of the deputy asa memberof the parties Reforms and an order, fractions Nasha Ukraina and deputy group Center.In the party led byVictor Yanukovych Taras Chernovil apparently sees prospects for the further career growth. And there are reasons for that. Under the direction of ex-prime minister Yanukovych Taras Chornovil quickly enough managed to pass the way from the non-staff adviser of the Prime Minister to the head of his elective staff, and on parliamentary elections of 2006 became №4 in the electoral roll.

Participated in numerous actions of protest and opposition meetings including Ukraine without Kuchma in 2001.

Thus, political career of Taras Chornovil is characterised by constant search of himself and also the forces capable to estimate professionalism and political talent of "the eternal oppositionist".
