Was the vice-president of the Association of Young Lawyers, participated in the research work of normative law acts development in the sphere of intellectual property protection.

He is senior researcher of the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Informational Space. Was the director of the International Center of Perspective Research Development.

In 2006 was elected to be the secretary of Kiev soviet,the vice-mayor of Kiev.

Unmarried.
