Victor Medvedchuk is a doctor of jurisprudence, an academician ofthe Jurisprudence Academy of Ukraine, the valid member of the Economic Science Academy, Honored lawyer of Ukraine.
In times of his political career Medvedchuk held rather high state positions. He was for sure the favorite of the President Leonid Kuchma heading his administration from 2002 to 2005.
His wife Oksana Marchenko is a presenter on the First National Channel. Victor Medvedchuk has two daughters – Irina (born in 1982) and Darina (born in 2004).
