Michail Poplavsii graduated from school with specialty “machinist of the train”, then from school of culture and from Kiev national institute of culture. Worked as a director of the Village House of Culture in Bolshie Troyany in Kirivograd region.

He is famous for his musical projects. The most important are musical albums: “Yuniy Orel”, “Kropiva”, “Ya Ukrayinets”, “Salo”.

Founder of the national scientific school of social and cultural management activity, president of the international charity fund “Talented Children of Ukraine”, author and producer of the children TV project “Krok do zirok”.

Married. Has a son Alexander.
