Millionaire Eduard Shifrin is into real estate. This fascination is troublesome, but profitable. Especially when one builds not just a countryside cottage, but a residential complex in Moscow. The project, which was allocated 9.4 hectares of the capital land, consists of construction of two 37-storied buildings, with four-level underground parking and a capacity to hold more than 2 thousands parking spots.
