A man of average height is standing next to the capital Opera Theater. At a closer look, one can recognize in him Mykola Tolmachev, the general manager and the owner of a construction company TMM. The businessman is in an excellent mood. It is not clear why. The assembly of the Ukrainian Construction association (UBA) just terminated its session in the opera theater. During this session Tolmachev lost to Lev Parzhaladze (#40) the elections to the position of the head of the board of directors at UBA. Well, Tolmachev did not get elected to the higher post of the association, but this is not the end of the world. “My shares are my assets”, Tolmachev summed up. Only during one year, the assets of the businessman doubled in price, and he advanced from the last year's 50th place in the rating of richest Ukrainians to 41st place.

Asked by Korrespondent, if we correctly calculated his assets, Tolmachev said: “All my assets are open. It is easy to calculate. Just get on the internet, even a schoolchild can define the cost of my assets”.
