Vasily Khmelnitskiy is a people’s deputy of Ukraine of the last four convocations. Each time he comes to the parliament with a new political force. His permanent business partner is the president of the Kyiv investment group, a millionaire Andrey Ivanov, (#33). The businessmen control a municipal holding Bread of Kyiv, that includes Kyiv Bread and Kyivmlin companies. Khmelnitskiy also controls a Biofarm factory, which is the only producer of specific immunoglobulins.
