Successful Kyiv Post Employment Fair was a precursor to the new online KP Jobs section, the Post’s latest project to better serve job seekers in every part of the country.
Kyiv Post staff is in the process of posting to the Jobs database almost 2,250 employment histories of persons who attended the fair and provided their documentation. The resumes submitted will be the first added to the new database that is designed to facilitate searches by employers seeking employees that have the skill and experience set the employer needs.

Many Fair visitors not only posted their employment information and discussed opportunities with some of the 28 companies that had information booths, they also filled to capacity the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce assembly hall to listen to discussions on a wide range of employment subjects in four workshops.

As Ukraine prepares for the UEFA Euro 2012 football championship series next year, expected to bring unparalleled growth opportunities for the country, the Kyiv Post will continue to expand and improve its employment services designed to match the best employees with the top jobs in the booming economy.
With the next KP Employment Fair already in the planning stage for later in the year, KP will kick-off its new and improved Jobs section within the next two weeks, as soon as the over 2,000 resumes from the just-completed Fair are added to database.When fully implemented the KP Jobs section will move job search in Ukraine into the 21st century for the benefit of employers and prospective employees.
