A correspondent with the All-Russian State Television and Radio Company (VGTRK), Tamara Nersesyan, has been deported from Ukraine, the Rossiya 24 TV channel said on Aug. 15 without providing further details.

SBU spokesperson Olena Hitlianska told Interfax later that the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has deported Nersesyan from Ukraine.

“She was deported [from Ukraine] overnight with an entry ban,” Hitlianska said without providing further details.

It is the second instance of a VGTRK journalist being deported from Ukraine in the past few weeks.

The VGTRK press service said on July 26 that its journalist Maria Knyazeva had been deported from Ukraine.
