Kaliningrad, November 21 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian warships from the Baltic and Black Sea Fleets could be sent to the Horn of Africa to fight piracy, Gen. Nikolai Makarov, chief of the Russian General Staff, told journalists in Kaliningrad on Friday.
