“Tymoshenko doesn’t need to decide on her defense lawyers in Scherban
case. Since this case is joined with the case on the state guarantees,
her defense lawyers are Serhiy Vlasenko, Andriy Kozhemiakin and
Oleksandr Plakhotniuk,” Vlasenko said at a briefing on Tuesday.
