Three border guards have been killed and eleven more wounded as a result
of an attack on them near the village of Vasylivka in Donetsk region
early on July 31, National Security and Defense Council (

“Last night Russian mercenaries conducted a powerful attack on border
guards near the village of Vasylivka. Three border guards have been
killed and 11 wounded in the attack,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on July 31.
