Five Injured in Russian Drone Strikes on Kharkiv Region

Five people were injured in Russian drone strikes across Ukraine’s Kharkiv region Friday, damaging homes, farms and power lines, officials said.

Five people were injured Friday, Oct. 3, in Russian drone strikes on Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, officials said.

The National Police reported on Facebook that Russian forces used several types of drones to attack the Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk districts.

Private homes were destroyed and farm buildings and power lines were damaged in the Zolochiv community, police said.

In the village of Lisna Stinka, two men and two women were injured. In the village of Dachne, a 63-year-old man suffered shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized.

Ukrinform also reported that on the evening of Oct. 3, Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure in Zlatopil, cutting power to the city.
