Dear readers, team, and friends of Kyiv Post,
Kyiv Post is celebrating 30 years — three decades of independent journalism, strong principles, and an unwavering commitment to the truth.
These years have brought victories and challenges, times of growth and moments of trial. But through it all, Kyiv Post has never betrayed its core values. It has always remained a voice of freedom and a symbol of independent journalism in Ukraine.
For my late father, Adnan Kivan, Kyiv Post was more than just a newspaper. It was a platform through which he sought to defend justice, truth, and the good name of Ukraine. He believed that words could change society – and his belief continues to inspire us today.
I am proud to carry on his legacy. We are developing Kyiv Post into a strong, modern, and international platform that connects Ukraine with the world.
We will continue to speak the truth, uphold democratic values, and work for the bright future of our country.
I sincerely thank everyone who has been and remains part of this story – the journalists, editors, readers, and friends who make Kyiv Post what it is.
May the next 30 years bring growth, strength, and new achievements.
With respect and gratitude,
Ruslan Kivan
