Drone Strike Injures Mother and Child in Dnipro as Russia Hits Ukraine Again

The strike occurred following a fresh wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine on Nov. 25, when Kyiv was struck by dozens of Kalibr cruise missiles, as well as ballistic and Kinzhal missiles.

A young woman and a child were injured on a playground in Dnipro after a Russian drone strike, local officials said Monday.

Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, reported on Telegram that the two victims were taken to a hospital.

The attack also damaged a four-story building and a nearby power line.

 

 

The strike came amid a new wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine on Nov. 25.

Overnight, Kyiv was hit by dozens of Kalibr cruise missiles launched from the sea, along with ground-launched ballistic missiles and Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles fired from MiG-31K aircraft.

Early Monday, Russian forces struck the city again using Kinzhal and Iskander-K missiles.

Kyiv authorities updated the casualty count after the attacks, reporting seven dead and 20 injured.
