Ukraine’s representative, Sofia Nersesian, took second place at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Suspilne reported. Nersesian performed the song “Motanka”, earning a total of 177 points from national juries and viewers combined.
Ukraine won the public vote, receiving 98 points from viewers across participating countries. National juries awarded Ukraine 79 points, with the highest marks – 10 points each – coming from San Marino and Montenegro.
The contest was won by France, represented by Lou Deloze with the song “Ce Monde.” France secured 248 points overall from both jury votes and public voting.
