Ukrainian drone operators say they have destroyed an ‘Aladdin’s cave’ of Russian equipment at a depot on Russian territory.
Footage shared by Ukraine’s 80th Separate Air Assault Galician Brigade on Telegram appears to record an operator’s shocked reaction when their drone enters a storage facility in Russia’s western Kursk region.
“This is simply unbelievable!” shouts the operator at the sight of Russian UAVS, vehicles and ammunition packages, adding: “Look what kind of cars there are!”
The drone is maneuvered around the warehouse as the operator assesses the extent of their discovery before striking a vehicle. A second drone then appears to enter the warehouse and repeats the same process.
“A large enemy depot was recently detected and destroyed in the Kursk region, where the enemy had concentrated a significant number of drones, ammunition, and related equipment, as well as light vehicles used by enemy drone crews,” the Brigade’s post read.
“The enemy believed nothing threatened them on their own territory, but forgot that such a concentration of valuable resources inevitably leads to their destruction.
“Strike UAV operators of the 80th Brigade are working to reduce the Russians’ assault potential by targeting their logistics,” the brigade added.
