Chernihiv Hit by Massive Russian Attack, at Least 15 Explosions Reported

Chernihiv came under a massive Russian attack in the early hours of Wednesday, with around 15 explosions reported. Local officials said one city enterprise was damaged, while no casualties had been reported.

Chernihiv, a northern Ukrainian city near the border with Belarus and Russia, came under a massive Russian attack in the early hours of Wednesday. Around 15 explosions were reported, according to Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration.

Bryzhynskyi said in a Telegram post  that one of the city’s enterprises was damaged.

There was no information available on possible casualties at the time of reporting.

The attack came amid another night of Russian strikes across Ukraine. In Kharkiv, debris from enemy drones damaged the fence of a private house, local authorities reported.
