Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has appointed Ambassador-at-Large Oleksiy Makeyev as his special representative for sanctions policy.n“Oleksiy Makeyev will coordinate the activities of the ministry, as well as interaction with key international partners of Ukraine in the field of sanctions policy,” the Foreign Ministry’s press service reports.
