Russian occupation authorities appear to be preparing for the possible evacuation of the families of Black Sea Fleet personnel and civilian military employees from occupied Crimea, according to documents published by Void Group.
An urgent telegram attributed to Admiral Sergei Pinchuk, commander of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet and head of the Sevastopol Territorial Garrison, reportedly ordered military units and organizations to compile evacuation lists and submit them by July 10.
The directive gives priority to collecting information about the relatives of military personnel and civilian employees who could be included in future evacuation measures. Kyiv Post could not independently verify the authenticity of the document.
The reported order applies to military and administrative bodies throughout the Sevastopol garrison, rather than only to personnel directly serving aboard Black Sea Fleet vessels.
The document does not indicate when an evacuation could take place, where the families would be moved or whether Russian authorities have made a final decision to remove them from the peninsula.
However, the scale of the reported data collection suggests that the Russian command is preparing broader contingency measures as Ukraine increases pressure on military and logistical infrastructure across occupied Crimea.
