Higher Administrative Court deprives two MPs of deputy seats

The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has deprived Yedyny Tsentr Party
member Pavlo Baloha of his deputy seat. Baloha is a member of the Regions Party
parliamentary faction, according to the info

The press service of the Yedyny Tsentr Party told an Interfax-Ukraine
reporter that the court approved this decision on Friday.

The party’s press service also told the agency that the court issued the same
ruling on independent MP Oleksandr Dombrovsky (constituency No. 11,
Vinnytsia).
