You're reading: CEC announces winners of mayoral election race in Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhgorod, Sumy and Berdiansk

Candidate from the Svoboda Party Ruslan Martsynkiv running for mayor in Ivano-Frankivsk was recognized as a winner with a result of 54.82 percent, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine said on Nov. 16.

Meanwhile, Vidrodzhennia party candidate Bohdan Andriiv won mayoral election runoff in Uzhgorod with 58.49 percent of the votes in support.

Batkivschyna candidate Oleksandr Lysenko, who gained nearly 68.54 percent of the votes become a mayor of Sumy.

The citizens of Berdiansk elected Volodymyr Chepurny from Nash Kray party as a city mayor – 52.74 percent of the votes.
