Marchenko Danevych has expanded its team by welcoming Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko. He joined the firm on September 01, 2016.
Previously a Partner and Head of Competition practice
at an international law firm with strong presence in Ukraine and the CIS
region, Oleksandr has nearly a decade of legal experience in merger clearances
and investigations involving unfair competition, abuse of dominant position and
anticompetitive behavior. He also has a solid experience of advising clients on
issues related to banking and finance, intellectual property, labor and
employment.
