AeroSvit (Kyiv) from November 10, 2012 resumed flight servicing at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport on the Dnipropetrovsk-Moscow-Dnipropetrovsk route and transferred the flights to the South Terminal Complex of the airport, uniting Terminals E, D, F and the Aeroexpress railway station.

According to the press service of the airline, flights from Dnipropetrovsk by the end of September this year arrived in Terminal C, but in connection with the repair of the Sheremetyevo runway flights from October 1 were temporarily transferred to another airport in Moscow – Vnukovo.

“Obtaining slots for servicing the Dnipropetrovsk flights in Terminal E, the Ukrainian air carrier completed the gradual phase of transferring to the South Terminal Complex at Sheremetyevo airport.

Earlier, in April this year the AeroSvit flights on the Kyiv-Moscow-Kyiv route were removed from Terminals C and E, in June – flights on the Donetsk-Moscow-Donetsk route,” reads a statement.

The company notes that the change of a terminal in Sheremetyevo airport makes the Aeroexpress high-speed transportation between the Moscow airport and Moscow downtown more accessible for passengers.

“In addition, due to convenient communication between Terminal E and other objects of the South Terminal Complex, the AeroSvit flight connections were improved (from the cities of Ukraine) with a wide network of flights by partner airlines from Sheremetyevo. They are also serviced in the South Complex terminals, which are connected by pedestrian walkways and have a single Duty Free zone,” reads the report.
