Kyiv-based Antonov state-run enterprise in January-June 2012 saw net profit fall by 39.05%, to Hr 66.327 million, reads a company report.

The report posted in the information disclosure system of the
National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market says that its
net revenue over the period grew by 18.21%, to Hr 1.45 billion, gross
profit by 7.68%, to Hr 340.72 million and operation profit rose by
2.9%, to Hr 184.3 million.

The core business of Antonov Enterprise (formerly Antonov Design
Bureau) is aircraft designing. Since 2008, it has belonged to the
Antonov State Holding along with its branch, the state Antonov Serial
Plant (formerly Aviant), the 410th Civil Aviation Plant (both based
Kyiv) and Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company.

In January-March 2012 its net profit grew by 29.39% from 2011, to Hr
35.25 million, net revenues were up by 2.4 times, to Hr 801.42
million.
