The deadline for the registration of private entrepreneurs working under the simplified taxation scheme may be extended until April 1, 2012, Head of the State Service for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development Mykhailo Brodsky wrote in his blog.
"After my report today, [Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola] Azarov ordered the Finance Ministry to prolong the term of registration of single tax payers until the end of the quarter," the official wrote.
The current deadline for applying to the State Tax Service to be registered as a private entrepreneur is Jan. 25, 2011.
