PJSC Chornomornaftogaz has selected Business Consultant LLC (both based in Simferopol, Crimea) as the winner of a tender to supply an automatic process control system worth UAH 150.058 million (including VAT).

According to a posting on the Derzhavni Zakupivli online portal, the proposal was accepted on August 8, 2012.

The deadline for signing an appropriate agreement is September 7, 2012.

The equipment should be delivered within 150 days after the receipt of a written request from the customer.

Margolak (Irpin, Kyiv region) also participated in the tender with a proposal to supply an automatic process control system for UAH 153.059 million (including VAT).

Both companies have previously participated in tenders to supply equipment to Ukrgazvydobuvannia.

Business Consultant with a charter capital of UAH 20,500 was registered in April 2004. Kharkiv resident Yevhen Holubko owns a 100% stake in the company (since January 2012).

Chornomornaftogaz carries out offshore development in the Ukrainian sections of the Black and Azov Seas. The company also produces hydrocarbons at fields the Crimea, and operates the Hlibovske underground gas storage facility and trunk pipelines on the peninsula. It is wholly owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy.
