Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has established signs of abuse of monopoly in the tariffs of the leading Ukrainian mobile communications operator Kyivstar for outgoing calls of own subscribers to the phone numbers of fixed communications subscribers: Hr 1.75 and Hr 1.50 per minute.

“The committee approved recommendations for Kyivstar to stop actions with signs of abuse of monopoly and recommended to revise the tariffs for outgoing calls of own subscribers to the phone numbers of fixed communications subscribers,” the committee said on July 2.

The committee recommends that Kyivstar applies the single approach to set tariffs for calls of own subscribers to mobile communications subscribers and fixed communications subscribers.

Kyivstar is to inform the committee about the consideration of its recommendations within 30 days from the moment of receiving the recommendations.
