You're reading: Energoinvest launches first stage of Halzhbiyevska solar plant

Energoinvest has launched the first stage of Halzhbiyevska solar power station (Vinnytsia region) with a capacity of 267.9 kW, the head of the licensing department at the National Commission for Energy Regulation (NCER), Yuriy Antoniuk, said at a regulator meeting in Kyiv on Thursday.

According to him, the station will consist of five stages with a total capacity of 446.66 kW.

The construction of the station is to be completed by 2013.

The NCER set a feed-in tariff for electricity generated by the first stage of the solar power plant and adjusted the total installed power generating capacity of Energoinvest’s equipment to 14.463 MW.

As reported, earlier Energoinvest constructed Sloboda-Bushanska solar power plant of 1.875 MW in Vinnytsia region.

Energoinvest operates 12 small hydropower plants in Vinnytsia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions and Sloboda-Bushanska solar power plant.
