You're reading: Ernst & Young will audit Kyivenergo’s 2011 reports under IFRS

Kyiv, Dec. 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyiv-based Ernst&Young Audit Services LLC will audit PJSC Kyivenergo's 2011 financial reports compiled under international financial reporting standards (including an audit of reports by the company's structural divisions).

A contract concluded with the auditor on December 23, 2011, is worth UAH 640,000 (including VAT), according to a posting on the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry’s Web site.

Kyivenergo operates almost all of the energy generating facilities in Ukraine’s capital, apart from the Darnytsia heat and power station.

Privately owned vertically integrated energy holding DTEK owns 71.89% in Kyivenergo, and NJSC Energy Company of Ukraine owns a 25% plus one share stake in the company.
