Maksym Hromadtsov, who was earlier the executive director of ESTA Holding LLC, the managing company of ESTA Group created by SCM (all based in Donetsk) to implement projects in real estate, has been appointed director general of the holding, reads a press release of the ESTA Holding.
The press release says that Hromadtsov will be responsible for operations administration and the strategic administration of key assets and projects of the ESTA Group.
Hromadtsov started working at ESTA Holding in 2008 on the post of the head of the analytics and studies department and later as an investment manger. In 2011, he was appointed investment director and from 2012 he was the executive director of the company.
According to the report, Mykola Nesterenko, who headed ESTA Holding from 2008, has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board of ESTA Group. The main task of the supervisory board will be the approval of key strategic solutions in the real estate business of SCM, in particular sales and acquisition of assets and appointment of top managers.
ESTA Holding is a managing company of the ESTA Group, SCM Group’s real estate holding. ESTA Holding is an investor and developer, and carries out strategic management of commercial, hotel real estate and housing.
SCM is a professional investor that owns and controls assets in mining and metals, power generation and distribution, telecommunications, banking, insurance, media as well as in retail and real estate.
SCM is 100 percent owned by Ukrainian businessman and MP Rinat Akhmetov.
