Kyiv, Dec. 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Finance Ministry has published some orders to implement the law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other Ukrainian laws regarding the single tax system, accounting and reporting, the press service of the State Tax Service reported on December 30, 2011.
According to the report, an order on the approval of a form of a single taxpayer’s certificate, a procedure for the issue of the certificate, a form and a procedure for submitting an application to use the single tax system and a form of calculating the income for the previous calendar year; an order on the approval of forms of tax declarations submitted by single taxpayers; an order on the approval of forms of a ledger of income and a ledger of income and expenditure and procedures for their keeping and an order on the approval of a form of a tax declaration on possessed property and a reference book how to fill out a tax declaration on possessed property and incomes.
