Ukraine is ready for negotiations in good faith with Russia to reach mutual agreement in relation to restructuring in Eurobonds for $3 billion, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry said on its website.
At the same time, the statement said that in accordance with the conditions of restructuring Ukraine’s Eurobonds, the issuer can not offer Russia conditions with a higher net value than other creditors who agreed to such restructuring.
