Reikartz Hotel Management LLC (Kyiv), the managing company of the national hotel chain of Reikartz Hospitality Group, on Nov. 2 expanded its chain by adding the Marenero three-star hotel with 31 rooms in Odesa.
The chain said in a press release on Monday that the hotel will operate under the Raziotel brand.
“The hotel in Odesa with a medium price policy would allow our corporate clients who have financial limits to receive the traditional service level for them in this city,” reads the report, citing Reikartz Hospitality Group CFO Andriy Dema.
General Manager of Raziotel Marenero Odesa Yuliana Mykhailova said that the hotel pins its hopes on cooperation with Reikartz Hospitality Group.
“For us this is a chance to improve quantitative and qualitative indicators of our work, to receive flow of new guests and increase the room occupation rate,” she said.
According to the report, Raziotel Marenero Odesa is the third hotel under the Raziotel brand in Ukraine and the fifth hotel opened by Reikartz Hospitality Group in 2015.
The hotel has a cafe with 30 seats, a conference hall with up to 50 seats, and a conference room with up to 10 seats.
Reikartz Hotel Management LLC was founded in 2008.
As of November 2015 the Reikartz Hotel Group national hotel chain united 29 hotels in major cities and resorts in Ukraine.
