RIA Novosti citing Mr Serhiy Chekh Ukrainian Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister as saying that Ukraine state-run Naftogaz energy company is drafting an agreement with global oil and gas group Shell to develop the Black Sea shelf.The document will soon be considered by the Ukrainian government, Chekh told members of the Ukrainian parliament.As per report, Shell, US company Chevron and Russia largest private oil company Lukoil have all expressed interest in developing the Black Sea shelf.Mr Chekh said Naftogaz is also in negotiations with Lukoil.
