United Online Ventures (UOV) since December 2013 has entered UMH and was renamed UMH Digital, the Internet holding reported on Tuesday.

The holding said that Dmytro Lysytsky remains its director.

“UMH Digital plans to actively develop existing projects in the
future, strengthening their leading positions in the relevant segments,
and looking for new opportunities to develop online media and online
services. In addition, the company wants to invest in new online
projects. The top-priority directions will be consumer services and
online retail,” the company said.

As reported, in early November VETEK-Media bought shares in UOV holding from Media Group Ukraine.

United Online Ventures (UOV) is a leading Ukrainian Internet holding
and a large player on the Ukrainian online advertisement market.

United Online Ventures includes the portals i.ua, bigmir.net and
tochka.net, as well as the Digi Media sales house, which sells
advertising on portals and Mi6 Internet agency. In addition, UMH Digital
will manage a city guide gloss.ua and new Web projects of UMH.

VETEK Group has created a company VETEK Media for the development of
media activities, including UMH Group, a large multimedia holding.
