Public joint-stock company Zvenigora cheese factory (Cherkasy region) in 2012 saw UAH 9.25 million in net profit compared to the UAH 2.4 million net loss it saw in 2011, reads a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

The report says that its assets last year rose by 8.2%, to UAH 158.8 million.

The uncovered loss of the factory in 2012 fell by 45.2% compared with 2011, to UAH 11.2 million.

Total bills receivable last year grew by 24.7%, to UAH 44.9 million.

Zvenigora cheese factory was founded in 1933.

According to the National Commission for Securities and the Stock
Market, as of late Q4, 2012, Bongrain Europe SAS, a large world’s dairy
producer, held a 99.21% stake in public joint-stock company Zvenigora
cheese factory.

In 2011, the company saw UAH 2.4 million in net loss compared to UAH
9.3 million in net profit in 2010. Its sales revenue climbed by 25%, to
UAH 249.6 million.

The company produces products under the Zvenigora brand.
