Ukraine will continue the active construction of sports arenas in 2013, which will be 25% financed by business representatives, Deputy Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov has said.
“As for the arenas, we will also invite businesses [to build them]
next year. They will build them, and they will have to invest at least
25% of their own money. For the rest, they can raise loans from which
the state collects interest, and we will get rid of all of the
problems,” he told reporters in Kyiv on June 27.
