A Russian delegation arrived at the European Commission headquarters at about 1 p.m. Moscow time for bilateral consultations with European officials, earlier reports aid.
Bilateral consultations between the European Commission and the Ukrainian Energy Ministry began at 4.30 p.m. Moscow time.
