A group of Ukrainian students came to town to learn about American culture and Christmas tradition, and they were greeted with a big Texas welcome last week from their host families and Mayor Paul Harpole at Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. “It was great,” said Anton Potomkina, 11. “They were friendly.”
