The list of the referees for the Euro 2012 European Football Championship finals in Ukraine and Poland is to be published in December, a member of the UEFA Referees Committee, Pierluigi Collina, has said in an interview with Italy's La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

During Euro 2012 the referees will live and train in Warsaw, he said.

"The final decision will be made in late December, after which the referees will work in groups of five," Collina said.

"One expert – a former colleague – will help them. All preparations will be finished in Warsaw at our headquarters during Euro 2012."

During the final matches of Euro 2012 the referees will work in groups of six, including the main referee, two linesmen, two assistants and a reserve referee.
